Training Oppotunity: Sales and Marketing

A business can have excellent products and services but without effective marketing will ultimately fail. Excellent sales people do not become so by chance. They do so after training, dedication and practice. We are organizing this course to empower staff with the skills, strategies, and tools necessary to excel in today’s competitive marketing and sales landscape.

The training program aims to improve employees’ skills, boost confidence, drive revenue growth, increase customer retention, adopt digital transformation, and gain a competitive advantage, with a study visit to learn effective strategies.

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

1. Apply both traditional and experiential marketing techniques 2. Master the art of persuasive communication in sales and marketing
2. Make effective Marketing presentations.
3. Develop evidence based marketing strategies using market surveys to assess market opportunities and develop sales or marketing strategies
4. Harness digital platforms for targeted campaigns.

Training Methodology

We shall use a variety of delivery methods ranging from demonstrations, group discussions, group presentations, individual assignments, and observation of short educative movies, games and simulations.  On the last day we shall visit Coca Cola plant in Namanve, a company that has excelled in Marketing and has Achieved Major Sales over the years.
