Exhibition Space Requirements

1. UMA Exhibition Hall, Shell space on terrazzo floor, includes two chairs, one table, one spotlight, and one power socket outlet: a minimum of 9square metres costs $1000. spaces are available in multiples of (9,18,27,36…) Vat exclusive.

2. Out Door Space- bare ground…$1500 per 30sq. metres. Available in multiples of (30, 60, 90…)

3. Open area space for entertainment/bar/promotion
150 sq. mtrs…………………………$2500
120sq. mtrs…………………………$1500.

NOTE:

POWER CONNECTIVITY

Electricity for lighting and sockets will be extended to the exhibition area. Exhibitors are to provide the electrical accessories for their stands. i.e. bulbs, flexible cables, sockets etc.

FURNITURE & STAND FITTINGS

For extra furniture and stand fittings to be provided by the authorized agencies on an extra payment.

ENTITLEMENTS

Payment of registration fees entitles a company to three (3) exhibitor cards and one parking sticker and each extra is $15.
