The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) in collaboration with Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development will be holding a stakeholder’s engagement to follow up on the recommendations of the previous stakeholder’s engagement held on 9th August, 2022 and will further be deliberating on the minimum API classification requirements for engine oil standard to help build a national position in preparation for revision of EA Standard 129:2000 engine oils specification.
The purpose of this communication is to request you as key stakeholders to attend the engagement on Wednesday, 18th January, 2023 at the UNBS Headquarters, Bweyogerere and also to request for your input/suggestions in line with the standard under review.
Kindly confirm your attendance and submit your suggestions to our Policy Department on policy@uma.or.ug by Tuesday, 17th January, 2023.
