Activity 1

UMA WORKSHOP HOSTING

ATE project intends to hold a one-day capacity building workshop in Jinja on 

Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA) is implementing the “Access to Employment Project” in partnership with the German Development Cooperation (GIZ). The project is supporting recent graduates from vocational and university institutions gain soft skills trainings and as well gain practical skills through internship placement to facilitate their access to employment in the labor market.

As part of the project activities, UMA intends to hold a capacity building workshop  in Jinja on Friday 26^th May ,2023. The workshop objective is to improve the capacity of workplace supervisors in imparting skills to the interns and ensure quality internship in their organizations. It will be a one-day training workshop targeting 32 participants.

Activity 3: Certificate of completion designed and printed

Students trained will be assessed and awarded a certificate of completion, which will be designed and printed. The certificate will include unique features and logos for each partner.2,000 certificates will be designed and printed.

Then payment is done upon completion of the event.
