Dear UMA Members, Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA) together with the USAID funded Health Initiatives for the Private Sector (HIPS) Project is organizing a two day workshop on Work place health policies and HIV/AIDS prevention/ management, Reproductive Health ,Malaria and Family planning . The aim of the workshop is to help member and non-member companies to create their own trainers who will be able to develop company health policies an train fellow employees in work place health programs at company level. As a key member of the Association (UMA), the attached communication invites your company to send participants for the course and as you are aware that the fight for HIV/AIDS and other health related problems at work place is prior requirement of the government and other stake holders.
